Manila Modders provides custom PC builds, workshops, consultations, troubleshooting, and modding services. All appointments must be booked in advance. Service durations, descriptions, and locations are as indicated on our website.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings require confirmation via email or our online system.

Payment terms: Full payment may be required for workshops or custom builds. Partial payments may apply for consultations, as indicated at the time of booking.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, GCash, or other approved payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may incur a 50% fee.

Rescheduling is allowed depending on availability; please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Warranty & Liability

Manila Modders guarantees the quality of parts used in custom builds. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

We are not liable for damages caused by improper use, software errors, or unauthorized modifications post-service.

All services are performed at your own risk, though we ensure professional handling at all times.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including images, text, designs, and logos, is the property of Manila Modders and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected through our website or appointments will be used solely for service purposes, communications, and promotions (if subscribed).

We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

8. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate information when booking services.

Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior during workshops or consultations will result in service termination without refund.

Manila Modders reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
